Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We are limited to shipping all products to the United States and Canada only.

How long does shipping take?

All products require 2 to 3 business days for handling before shipping, unless stated otherwise.

How do I track my order?

Tracking numbers will be supplied upon fulfillment completion

Returns

How do I return an item?

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. In the even that you are experiencing an issue with your order, please email us immediately featheredbreaths.handmade@gmail.com.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items. We also cannot accept returns of:

  • Handmade items
  • Accessories 

What if i was sent a wrong item?

If for some reason you were sent the wrong item or a damaged item, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 15 days of purchase for a full refund, an exchange, or store credit.

How long do i have to return an item from your store?

If you are unhappy with an item, we will also gladly accept a return within 15 days of purchase for a store credit or exchange. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs associated with this return.

Do you accept exchanges or returns for handmade or sale items?

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges or returns for handmade items, sale items or accessories. 

Can I exchange for a different item?

We are happy to echange any item within our 15 day policy as it is not a handmade or sale item
